Create a safe container for your unfolding process – Through facilitated group sessions and supportive community dialogue, you’ll experience a judgment-free space where your spiritual experiences are honored and validated.
Honor both the light and shadow aspects of awakening – Using transpersonal coaching techniques and somatic awareness practices, you’ll learn to compassionately examine both uplifting and challenging aspects of your spiritual journey without spiritual bypassing.

Help you navigate relationships and life transitions – Through values clarification exercises and communication strategies, you’ll develop skills to maintain authentic connections while honoring your transformed perspective.
Ground your experiences into sustainable, authentic living in a way that honors the calling of your soul – Using the SpiritPath coaching model’s five-stage integration process, you’ll learn practical tools to embody your spiritual insights in daily life while staying connected to your deeper purpose.
Access to educational resources about spiritual awakening – Through self-paced video modules and detailed handouts, you’ll deepen your understanding of spiritual emergence, integration stages, and the wide spectrum of transformative experiences to normalize and contextualize your own journey.

Elizabeth's Service Work

Elizabeth has been dedicated to creating, supporting, and empowering local, national, and international communities since 1994.

In 1994 my church, Unity Church, was going to stop serving the youth department because no one wanted the role of the director. I knew in my heart, I had to step up. I became the Youth Ed Director and began my service work supporting children and families spiritually, the same year I went into the childcare business.

In 2007, I served as the founding Executive Director for HOPE – Holistic Options for People Everywhere. A 501 (c) (3) non-profit in Lubbock, Texas, dedicated to serving as a safe space for authentic expression and spiritual exploration in a traditionally conservative community. I coordinated the majority of the events and provided 10 years of free community space for people meet, connect, support, and learn from one another.

In 2015, I became a board member of ACISTE – The American Center for the Integration of Spiritually Transformative Experiences, and served as board president from 2016 to 2021. I organized academic conferences, trained peer support group facilitators, developed collaborative relationships with other organizations, and supported the general daily operations.
