The Dignity Code Bootcamp is designed for women and men who sense a disconnection from their inherent worth and are ready for profound transformation. If you experience people-pleasing tendencies, difficulty setting boundaries, perfectionism, fear of visibility, or chronic self-doubt, this program will provide specific tools to address these patterns.

Unlike general personal development programs, The Dignity Code specifically addresses the root causes of compromised worth through a systematic, proven methodology. Rather than offering temporary inspiration, Elizabeth provides concrete tools for lasting transformation in how you experience your inherent value.

In addition to the 90-minute weekly group session, you'll benefit most from setting aside 1-3 hours per week for the homework assignments and practices. Many participants find that as they integrate these practices into their daily lives, they become a natural part of their routine rather than an additional time commitment.

While live participation is highly encouraged for the full experience, all sessions will be recorded and made available to participants. You'll still be able to submit questions in advance and receive support in the private community.

While therapy often focuses on healing past wounds (which is valuable work), The Dignity Code specifically focuses on identifying and transforming the patterns that compromise your worth in the present. The program is forward-focused and action-oriented, though it does address how past experiences have shaped your current dignity code.
