I do take in person clients in Lubbock, Texas. I also take clients by phone, and video conferencing. Once you sign up for coaching, we will agree on how you want to meet.
Once we determine we are a fit, we will agree on a schedule and a duration for our work together. Once we complete our work, you may use the "Schedule a Session for Returning Clients Only" button any time you would like a refresher session!
At this time, insurance companies do not pay for life and spiritual coaching. My services are strictly self-pay.
I do have payment plans available through Klarna and Afterpay.
I do not offer a free trial session but do offer a one-time free 20-minute consultation to see if we are a fit.

All coaching services delivered by Elizabeth Sabet, utilizing principles, methods, and tools of the SpiritPath Coaching System, are meant to challenge, uplift, and support you emotionally, mentally, and perhaps even physically and spiritually. Coaching can be challenging.
However, coaching is not psychotherapy and while coaching can have therapeutic benfits, it is not counseling and Elizabeth is not a licensed therapist, she is a professionally trained and certified coach.
If you feel psychologically stressed to the point that it is interfering with your ability to function, please have the courage to seek the help you need in the form of a professional counselor.
My coaching approach begins with helping you connect to your inner truth, the truth that may go beyond your enculturated identity, to gain clarity about what and who you want to be. We then do a depth value assessment and discover where your conflicts may be coming from so we can then tackle those challenges while empowering you to develop the soul strength you need to make changes.
This process helps you take effective, sustainable action. I also teach you how to coach yourself in between sessions. You will walk away from our work together able to face life's challenges as they arise and stay true to yourself!
